Tip tip barsa pani, pani main aag lagaye….this tune must be crawling in your mind in this refreshing and romantic rainy season. I think probably nobody is there on earth who hates rainy season because it comes with such a positive winds, fresh air, heart flourishing verdant and beautiful nature. But along with these amazing things, one more major factor it brings. No, no it is not at all positive, it is highly negative thing, which stops you from the enjoyment that is various types of ailment. In the mood of enjoyment people often forget to take precautions and they fall ill. Do you know who becomes very much happy during this season? Think, think, it is neither poet nor lovers, it is physician, because during this season we easily get infected through numerous ways and we add more and more money into physician’s bank account. There is a prevalent thinking that you must have heard from your parents or grandparents that ‘We should not get wet in rain, otherwise we’ll fall ill, but more than this we should take care that what we are putting in our stomach.


In this season, human body’s digestive system becomes weak, so it is better to eat light food. If you are die heart non-vegetarian eater than excuse me but avoid it this time, I know it is very much difficult that’s why you can eat tandoori foods but little bit. There are traditional food pattern for every season such as Summer is irresistible without ice cream and mango, winter means ‘Garama Garam Chai and rainy season could not complete without ‘Pakode’ and spicy food. But as per the dietitian there is big NO for spicy food because it makes you weaker, despite that eat nutritious fruit, vegetables and cereals. But be careful while buying fruits and vegetables, because of wetness it contains huge source of infection, so before cooking it wash it gradually and carefully. Once it is cleanly washed, it is ready to serve you many beneficial elements like it enhance immunity in body and it keeps your stomach light. Don’t buy cut fruits. Your cooking recipe also requires changes as per season, in rainy try to use much onion and ginger, these two small but essential ingredients destroy microbes that are present in your stomach.

The most important ingredient you should have is honey, don’t just consume it in this season but have it regularly due to this your digestion system will work effectively and appropriately. During summer season, you must have eaten watermelon in huge amount but don’t have it now. Even try to avoid dairy products, because it would enter inside your body with lots of germs. During rainy, diseases get spread widely so stay away from infected person, control your mouth from attractive but harmful outside food. After reading this the main funda you must have understood is Eat Light, Stay light but enjoy completely.
