Facebook and Skype to marry

Facebook and Skype fans here's a treat for you. On 6th july Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg promised the world about bringing video chatting feature on the social networking site. Its been a fantastic news for Facebook users, now they don't have to log to Skype for video chatting..

Skype was recently sold to Microsoft for an exceptional price of 8.5 billion USD. It is said that the video chat  feature will be powered by Skype.

With approximately 500 million active users, Facebook is the biggest and the most influential social networking site known to mankind. This video chat feature is definitely going to strengthen Facebook's position more deeper amongst other social networking sites.

Unveiling this news at their headquarters in  Palo Alto, a week earlier Google also launched its beta version of Google plus, which also features +hangout feature which promises of multi-user video chat facility. Now that Facebook has surprised us with this, it could surprise with talk of their ipad application new photos experience facility as well.

So Facebook lovers who were thinking of shifting to google+, will probably not bothered if Facebook and Skype marriage works out!
