Fox News Twitter account responsible for fake assassination of US President Barrack Obama

Fox News Twitter account has fallen into another assault made by Script kiddie Hackers. Reportedly twitter account of Fox news channel claimed that U.S President Barrack Obama was assasinated during his campaign on 4th july 2011 which is also 'The Independence Day of America'.

The Script kiddie Hackers group gained access to @foxnewspolitics and started tweeting the fake information to its approximately 33,000 followers at about 2 a.m. local time. The first tweet published by the hackers was read as  "BREAKING NEWS: President @BarackObama assassinated, 2 gunshot wounds have proved too much. It's a sad 4th for #america. #obamadead RIP".

"@BarackObama has just passed. The President is dead. A sad 4th of July, indeed. President Barack Obama is dead", the vicious messages continued.

Post 45 minutes another tweet came from the rouge hackers stating about president's injuries, it was something like this "@BarackObama has just passed. Nearly 45 minutes ago, he was shot twice in the lower pelvic area and in the neck; shooter unknown. Bled out."

The first three tweet feed were directed only to the followers of both the accounts to see the messages. Later the hackers posted three more tweets that could be seen by all.

"#ObamaDead, it's a sad 4th of July. RT to support the late president's family, and RIP. The shooter will be found"

"BREAKING NEWS: President @BarackObama assassinated, 2 gunshot wounds have proved too much. It's a sad 4th for #america. #obamadead RIP;"

"We wish @joebiden the best of luck as our new President of the United States. In such a time of madness, there's light at the end of tunnel."

Fox news should be more responsible than twitter for its anti-hacking system, but they didn't stood a chance against "Script Kiddie Hackers"


Something about the "Script kiddie hackers"

Now these Script kiddie hackers sometimes spell themselves as 'kiddie'. it is a disparaging term, evolved from the hi-tech crackers of computer security systems, but mostly they are as dangerous as exploiter of security lapses on the Internet. The script kiddies use mostly pre existing and frequently well known, easily found techniques, in the search of programs and scripts to exploit computers on Internet which has a strength as a seaweed, they do not care about the harmful consequences they cause. Since the script kiddies have nothing do with advance art of hacking, other hackers see them as harmless and view them as contempt but sometimes they unleash the wrath of authority on the whole hacker community.

Mostly ace hackers take pride in an quality attack, leaving no space for intrusion, whereas script kiddie aim at quantity, calculating the number of attacks that can be adorned as a way to obtain attention and dishonoured reputation. These hackers have a media image as bored and isolated teenagers seeking recognition from their equals.
